We have a 30 day return policy. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused; in the same condition that you received it; in its original packaging; and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers
  • Newspapers and magazines
  • Intimate items and sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email to notify you of this. If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after ten business days, contact your credit card company or bank as there is a processing time time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We can exchange items only if defective, damaged in transit or the incorrect size.  For direct exchange of product, email us at: and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a ‘gift’ when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate equivalent to the cost of the product will be mailed to you.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Times to receive your exchanged product may vary and is dependent upon your location.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
