Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Caddy Shop!

If you have received a product that you are unhappy with, we are happy to offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, there is no refund and/or exchange of any kind.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned product.
  • Once a refund is issued, it may be 3-5 business days before you see the credit on your statement depending on the credit card company (If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.)
  • Custom orders are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). In the event of a defect our team will work with you to get a replacement. 
  • Demo clubs are sold as-is and cannot be returned for a refund.  If you are unhappy with your demo purchase, we can accept a return for store credit. Return must be initiated within 5 business days for demo clubs. Please see product description for details on club conditions.
  • Buyer pays return shipping fees
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We only exchange items if they are defective or arrive in damaged condition. If this is the case for you, please send us an email at 


Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds and exchanges:

  • Gift cards (Purchased gift certificates do not expire but are final sale)


Every product we sell has a manufacturer's warranty - which we are more than happy to honour.  If you have a product that is defective, please contact us at and we will provide service to assist with warranty issues.


  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you could vary.
  • We ship only within Canada at this time. International shipping is currently unavailable.
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $129! Please ensure you enter the Promo Code LOVEGOLF at checkout. We are not responsible if you do not enter the Promo Code to take advantage of shipping discounts.
  • Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as it is made available by the shipping warehouse. Occasionally there may be a delay in the warehouse software communicating the tracking details and the order may arrive prior to the tracking notification being sent. We thank you in advance for your understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note: Many of our products are drop-shipped from factories in Ontario and delivery times can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on your location and courier processing time. Shipping times vary by brand and the courier used to ship your order. We will be advising customers of any delays to their orders, as information is received from the vendor.
